You can take numerous walks along the footpaths in the commune of Valbonne Sophia Antipolis and the Departmental nature reserves of the Brague and the Valmasque or you may choose one of the discovery, botanical or fitness trails.
The Path along the Brague:
This footpath through the forest is a feast for the senses, with the sound of waterfalls mingling with the smells of the undergrowth and the sight of the local flora and fauna. It was opened in 1991 by a team of volunteers: the Valbonne Sophia Antipolis naturalists club, the San Mamede (Portugal) biology society and numerous groups of young trainees, not forgetting the help of the local inhabitants.
